Let The Party Begin!

*New prizes added today, see below!

Welcome to the first day of my blogaversary party! I am so glad you are joining me in celebrating Like A Warm Cup Of Coffee's first birthday! Click on the video to hear more about the festivities!

(Excuse the "bloganiversary" spelling! My husband and I were up late working on this and were clearly a little delirious!)

What would a party be without someone singing?

(Thank you HeathahLee!)

As many of you know, I love coffee. Seriously. Like, a lot. So to kick off the giveaways I am going to introduce you to my favorite coffee of choice, NewHall Coffee.

Why is NewHall Coffee my favorite? First, it is just good! Real good. The coffee is roasted by hand in small batches and packaged fresh from the roaster. But the main reason I like this company so much is because they created the Patriot Blend coffee. Every time you buy a bag of the Patriot Blend, NewHall Coffee donates a pot of coffee to the troops!

"In honor of American Patriots serving this great country, we have created the Patriot Blend. These Patriots deserve our support and that is why with your purchase of this bag we are sending free coffee to an active duty military man or woman as a "Thank You" for their service. It may seem like a small thing, but a little "cup of moral" goes a long way for Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines away from their home."

Newhall Coffee also supports the Corey McMullen Leukemia Fund, in honor of the owner's (former NBA player Mitch McCullen) brother who died of cancer. Read all about the fund and the story behind it here.

One lucky winner will win two bags of the Patriot Blend coffee!

If you think what they do for the troops is great, let them know! You can find them here. You can also follow them on Twitter @newhallcoffee.

What's your favorite coffee...or tea...or soda...or whatever your drink of choice!

Get ready for some trivia tomorrow! I have a special prize for the winner!

Girl, you are so fun! Honestly, your blog was what got me addicted to the blogmosphere and encouraged me to develop my own blog. I read your blog every day and I must say you truly bless me! I love being encouraged to being a better wife and growing closer to God.

I have had to figure out everything myself regarding this blogging thing and I have learned alot - but I have so much more to learn. I cannot figure how to put your button on my blog. I know how to copy and paste - but where is the url address? I am in Word Press. I do have your blog name listed under my Blogroll. I know you are super busy partying this week, but maybe when the week is over, you could help me with that.

I too LOVE coffee and though I don't really have a favorite, I love creamer too and my current favorite is White Chocolate Coconut by House International. Unfortunately, they had a limited edition around Easter time and I am on my last bottle. Do you use creamer or do you prefer yours black? Happy Anniversary Sarah Mae! Thank you for putting a smile on my face and lifting my spirit every morning! :)

Christy said...

You are so cute and fun!!! I finally had some time to look at all your prizes... WOW!!!

My favorite coffee is Dunkin Donuts and right now I am really hooked on the iced coffee at McDonald's.

Looking forward to all the fun things you have in store!

i love three cups of 1/2 reg/1/2 decaf coffee with a teeny bit of french vanilla creamer each morning...in the afternoon, I'm crunching on ice water...it's a horrible habit, but i'm addicted!

let the party begin!

I normally drink water most of the time, but coffee and tea are great as well! My choices on both of those are limited as I'm pregnant and I'm avoiding the caffeine. Before I got married I drank a cup of coffee almost every day. :-)

Yeah! I so love coffee! My fave is Community, which is the state coffee of Louisiana. Has great coffee flave. I also love Starbucks and Dunkin. Yep, a lil' hazelnut with that WFM!

I also liked the raspberry choco from Javatess I won from Lisa. It was awesome. Sorry it's already gone... ha!

Congrats! Can't wait to see those changes.

As far as coffee goes, I have to say my favoritest of all favoritests is Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Twist. Love, love, LOVE that during the holidays. Every other day it's just plain ol' white chocolate mocha. I mean every other day that I get Starbucks, 'cause dang that stuff is expensive! : )

We drink decaffinated Community Coffee New Orleans blend at home. Hubby likes it best. I like to add a little coffee to my vanilla caramel creamer, if you get my drift.
