Writing...Ideals...and Grace

Hello friends,

Don't worry, this isn't a dear John letter, more of a taking a break from writing everyday letter.

I'm still going to write.

I'm still going to finish the 31 Days to Clean, and I'm still giving away this sweet vacuum cleaner. But, I must take the pressure off and not write everyday right now. Why? I feel like poop most days, I'm so tired, and my brain has shut down - the joys of pregnancy! So please please please bear with me and don't leave. I don't want to lose my dear readers and friends. I also want you to know that I plan on visiting every one of your blogs, it just might take me some time! Grace is great, isn't it? I don't have to do it all...balance it all. It's okay to say, "I just can't" right now. Thank you for understanding. Remember, this isn't goodbye, this is hello sporadic writing! I might write everyday, or every week, but the pressure is off - whew! Once I'm back to "normal" I will continue my daily posts. In fact, I already I have a new series in mind...

By the way, I'm drawing the name for the vacuum on Friday...FRIDAY! :)

If, by chance, you are one of the few sweet readers who left an anonymous comment hoping to win, please comment again with your name and e-mail address, otherwise I won't know who to give the vacuum to should you win! Thanks!

A wise woman knows when to say "I need a break."
I am praying for you during this difficult phase - my three pregnancies were much like yours - but the blessing at the end of that 9 month road is so well worth it.
I'll be checking in periodically for new posts (When YOU are up to it).
Blessings!

You poor thing! I've so sorry you feel badly. I love babies and I hate being pregnant! Don't worry, you won't loose me. AND I went to the Apple store JUST FOR YOU and talked to them about how to rework my site for faster downloading and viewing-I made the applicable changes (deleted all my superfluous photo albums and just left the most recent ones) so please visit when you feel up to it and let me know if it helped at all. I love my Mac but I so don't want to loose you you (or any others that are having the same problem). I hope this helps- let me know as I can't really check it myself... feel better, you are in my prayers!

I was pregnant both times during the summer months and that seems to be very draining. I am not pregnant and our summer heat and humidity makes me feel very worn out, so I know you must be. I will keep checking to see when you post. I am trying to put some things in order around here, not only material but spiritual as well, so that I can do a better job blogging. You take the needed time away and we will be here when anxious to hear from you.

That last line got a little jumbled. We will be here anxious to hear from you. Get to feeling better soon!

Ahh yes the early stages of pregnancy. I do hope your energy comes back soon and you are able to resume "normal" operations lol.
Blessings,

Sometimes me thinks I should have just done this (stop everyday posting) instead of deleting my blog. Sometimes. Anyway, I'm not going anywhere. I'll still be checking in ;)

Take all the time you need! My morning sickness always got worse after five minutes at the computer, so I can fully appreciate needing to take a break from it.

Take pressure off yourself! This is the one time in your life when it's absolutely okay just to do NOTHING--your body needs it!

*hugs*

We all need a break now and then. And I'm almost positive you won't lose readers or friends because you're taking a break. Feel better soon.

The blogging world will still be here. Don't give it another thought. Just take care of yourself and your family and get your rest. We will be praying for you.

Growing children is tough work. I never had morning sickness, but I was very queasy and extremely tired. I was anemic with both kids and it kicked my butt.

Get rest. Enjoy time with the kids and join us when you can.

You know, sometimes you've just got to do something for YOU. Good for you, and enjoy taking a break--save some of that time off from the blog for yourself! But before you go, don't forget the Great Pop'rs Giveaway! The more you comment, the better chance you have of winning--Check it out!

Good for you. Taking a break sounds like a wise thing to do. I'll still be here!

I so clearly remember how horrible those first few months of pregnancy can be. In fact, they're part of the reason why I think we're done having children - unless God feels otherwise, of course. I just don't think I could do it again.

Hang in there. I will pray for you.

You just take all the time you need! I'm not going anywhere.

I'll be praying that you will feel better and get through this time and on to the fun part!

Congratulations on your new blessing. I must have missed you sharing your pregnancy news. I am sorry you are feeling under the weather and hope you feel better soon. I will always be checking in on you though. You can lose me that easily. I know I never comment but I read your blog almost daily.

No worries Sarah Mae. I am the type of person who gets obsessive about new hobbies and have felt the 'need' to post nearly everyday. Am realising that I am in danger of getting caught up in committing WAY too much time to blogging if I'n not careful... which I am in danger of doing with all my new adventures. So, moderation is ideal! Good on you for regognising that before you completely drove yourself into the ground.
