I have a problem.
A boogie problem. Well, more of a picking problem actually...
I HAVE to pick my kids noses. It drives me crazy to see the crusty little suckers up there just staring at me, raising their little boogie hands, saying, "pick me, pick me!"
My kids run when they see the "picking" finger coming.
I even made up a song called the "the boogie song - why mommy picks 'em."
My husband says I have to stop, but how can I when they keep coming back...more and more every day!
How do I overcome this obesession?
Oh, and no need to worry if I'm every around your kids. Their boogs totally gross me out.

That made me laugh out loud! My husband calls the pinky finger on my right hand the boogy finger. The nail on that finger is usually longer than the others and I use it to go after the kids boogies.
I even have a little song for it. Do you know the Bunny Song from Veggie Tales? Well my song goes, "The boogie, the boogie, Mama got the boogie. Mama got the boogie outta your nose."
OK I just revealed WAY too much. But you started it!
I do this too!! Thank you...thank you for making me feel better about raiding my kid's noses. I tell them they have bats in the cave...momma's gotta go get 'em out!!

Oh my gosh...you and my husband both! He is always telling me to "get that booger...you do it...you have long nails". UUGGHH!
I can't handle that - gotta give me a tissue first! :) But, yeah, can't just leave it there!

I do not have a boogie obsession, but Moose does. I'll leave it at that or it could get really gross!
If they're crusty or hard, I have that same obsession! If they're slimy, eeewww....I have to grab a kleenex and then cringe as I get that nasty thing out!
