Recipe - Homemade Drippy-Cheese Pizza

You'll need a bread maker to make the dough, unless of course your industrious and all!

Ingredients:
9-11 oz of water
3/4 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese (but more is always better!)
½ cup cheddar cheese
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Toppings of your choice

To make:

  • Put the first five ingredients in your bread maker and select the dough setting.
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Once the dough is finished, put some flour on your hands and pull it out of the bread machine.
  • Work it out to fit on a greased round pizza pan or a large cookie sheet (I use a cookie sheet).
  • Sprinkle garlic powder over the whole thing, paying special attention to the crust.
  • Put the tomato sauce over the dough, spreading out evenly.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pizza.
  • Sprinkle cheddar over pizza.
  • Put on your toppings (I like pepperoni and green peppers)
  • Bake for 12 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes.

  • A perfect, drippy-cheese pizza for half the cost of delivery!
