You'll need a bread maker to make the dough, unless of course your industrious and all!
Ingredients:9-11 oz of water
3/4 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese (but more is always better!)
½ cup cheddar cheese
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Toppings of your choice
To make:
- Put the first five ingredients in your bread maker and select the dough setting.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Once the dough is finished, put some flour on your hands and pull it out of the bread machine.
Work it out to fit on a greased round pizza pan or a large cookie sheet (I use a cookie sheet).
Sprinkle garlic powder over the whole thing, paying special attention to the crust.
Put the tomato sauce over the dough, spreading out evenly.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pizza.
Sprinkle cheddar over pizza.
Put on your toppings (I like pepperoni and green peppers)
Bake for 12 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes.
A perfect, drippy-cheese pizza for half the cost of delivery!
